Oprah's Book Club, which started in 1996 on The Oprah Winfrey Show, is back even though The Oprah Winfrey Show has ended. The version of the book club, call Oprah's Book Club 2.0, give readers a more multimedia experience -- utilizing OWN (Oprah's TV network), O Magazine and social media like Facebook. Winfrey announced her latest pick this week -- Wild by Cheryl Strayed. Wild was released in March and is the true story of how Strayed hiked the Pacific Crest Trail after her mother's death and her divorce.
Do you think Oprah still holds the power in publishing that she once did? Will you read Wild?
